EP 18 Three years without Heroin

After spending over half of my life within an addiction that almost consumed my life, I am beyond grateful for the three years I have been free from the darkness. I now know that if it wasn't for this darkness I could never truly appreciate this place of light and love that I have for myself and others.

In this Episode I will share with you the association you may have with Heroin, Yoga and Meditation, even if you have never experienced them.
