Ljubljana: Home-grown Ledenka salad for a world-famous restaurant

The lively and innovative capital Ljubljana has retained its rural charm. In the middle of the city lies the garden of an organic farmer where he grows the popular "Ledenka salad", a kind of lettuce. He sells his produce at the local market. Among his customers is a master chef of Slovenia, Janez Bratovž. His "JB Restaurant" is among the Top 100 of the world.
