This 8 minute inner thighs workout ill help you slim down the inner thighs in a very short amount of time.  If you want to know how to get rid of inner thigh fat, it’s important to know that thigh exercises alone aren’t going to do it.  You’ll have to change your diet and get more cardiovascular exercise. However doing the best inner thighs exercises will definitely help the area appear more lean and toned. Give this workout a try to tone the inner thighs!

This intense inner thigh challenge contains 4 exercises. You’ll do each of the thigh exercises in this inner thigh burn routine for 1 minute before moving on to the next one.  You’ll do the entire inner thigh fat workout 2 times through for a total of an 8 minute legs workout.  If you are a beginner you may want to try to do just 1-2 rounds of this workout for lean inner thighs. If you are more advanced, you could do 3-4 rounds of the workout for a greater inner thigh challenge.
