We Extracted Honey from Our Beehives! Plus Honeycomb Candy from Elder Scrolls

We extracted honey from our hives and it was so good I immediately wanted to make something with it's pure golden goodness! WARNING! DO NOT EAT IF YOU HAVE DENTAL WORK!! What you'll need: 1 T Salted Butter 1 T Baking Soda 1 c Sugar 1 c Honey Splash of Apple Cider The cookbook forgot to give the measurement for the water but I used 1/2 c and it seemed to work fine. Line a baking sheet with buttered parchment paper or a silicone pad. Have things pre measured as you will work quickly. Combine sugar, honey, water and vinegar in a pot. Bring mixture to 300 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Once melted add baking soda. Mixture will bubble like crazy! Stir for about 15 seconds and pour onto baking sheet. Let cool completely and break into to pieces.
