• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup sour cream

Icing:
• 3/4 cup butter (1-1/2 sticks), softened
• 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
