We're back with another summer
We're back with another summer roast here in Canada, and this time we're going to do a grilled beef short rib!
Summers in these parts are short, so we've been trying to enjoy these sunny and hot days because they won't last much longer.
For this barbecue we marinate some beef ribs in a Texas barbecue sauce. We also grilled some corn, made some burgers, and tried new flavors of chorizo (one with horseradish - something we've never seen before).
