Give yourself 20 minutes of self-love time to relax and stretch your entire body, and to open your heart. Today's flow primarily focuses on giving your spine a gentle massage through movement, and progressively opening your chest and shoulders in preparation for camel pose, which is today's peak pose. Hopefully, you can also use today's practice to maintain an open heart and breathe freely. 🤍
