Yield: 8 sandwiches (may vary depending on size of bread)
Ingredients:
- 1 package of loaf of bread (500 grams)
- 1/2 kilo of chicken breast fillet (cooked)
- 2 peeled carrots (250 grams)
- 12 olives cut into cubes
- 50 grams of pickled cucumbers (optional)
- 170 grams of canned corn (1 can)
- Lettuce to taste
- Chives to taste
- 200 grams of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Seasonings for cooking chicken breast:
(This is optional as you can use whatever seasoning you like)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon of complete seasoning (garlic, salt and spices)
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
