aam ki launj/launji/lonji can be stored for 2 months in the refrigerator and can be served with daily food. Aam ki launi is also called as aam ki sabzi or aam ka meetha achar.
Ingredients.
1 - Kaccha aam(keri) - 500 gram
2 - Gud/jaggary - 200 gram
3 - oil - 1/3 cup
4- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
5 - sauf/sanauf - 1 tsp
10 - Kalonji seeds - 1 tbsp
11 -  red chilli Flakes - 1/2 Tsp
12 - white salt - 1/2 tsp
