Asafetida( Heeng) -1 tsp
Whole Red Chillies-3-4
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Jaggery-800-900gms
Kashmiri Red Chilly powder-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Chaat Masala-1 tsp
Black Salt -1 tsp
Ginger powder( Sonth) -1 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/2-1 tsp
