📌 Ingredients:
500g of chicken breast.
1 teaspoon of onion powder.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
2 teaspoons of dried, or fresh parsley.
1-2 teaspoons of salt.
3/4 teaspoon of paprika.
~3 and 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil (45ml)
1 medium red bell pepper.
1 medium onion.
500g puff pastry.
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of milk.
Poppyseeds, or sesame.
