the filling :
1 medium onion.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
3 cloves of garlic.
200g of chicken breast.
1/2 red bell pepper+ 1 green bell pepper.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/3 teaspoon of black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of cumin.
3/4 teaspoon of paprika.
60g of mozzarella cheese.
Mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley for garnish.
