●Egg Yolk Batter 蛋黄糊
Egg yolk 5nos 蛋黄 5个
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖 30克
Salt 1/2tsp 盐 1/2茶匙
Honey 1tbsp 蜂蜜 1汤匙
Corn oil 50ml 玉米油 50毫升
Cheddar cheese slices 3pcs 车达芝士片 3片
Fresh milk 60ml 鲜奶 60毫升
Self raising flour 85g 自发面粉 85克
Corn flour 20g 玉米粉 20克
●Meringue 蛋白霜
Cool egg whites 5nos 冷蛋白 5个
Lemon juice 10ml 柠檬汁 10毫升
Caster sugar 90g 细砂糖 90克
●Cheesecream 芝士酱
Whipping cream 80ml 鲜奶油 80毫升
Honey 30g 蜂蜜 30克
Salted butter 40g 有盐黄油 40克
Cheddar cheese slices 6pcs 车达芝士片 6片

160° 25minutes then
140° 5minutes then
120° 5 minutes
(Total baking time is 35minutes 总烘烤时间为 35分钟)
