A very simple recipe for budget-friendly, lean cookies. Dough on water, quick and easy. Shortbread cookies with filling. Quick and inexpensive baked goods for tea. Lenten triangles with jam.

For ~18 pieces (~340g):
- 60 ml water
- 70 ml vegetable oil
~ 200g flour
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder (5g)
- jam or jam
Bake in a well-heated oven at 180°C for ~ 10-15 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
❗️To keep the cookies soft, store them in a glass container with a lid.
