For ~18 pieces (~500g):
- 1 egg
- 50g of sugar
- 90g of butter
- 50ml of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
~ 250g of flour
- 2 tbsp of jam + 1 tsp of semolina
- a pinch of salt
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for ~ 15-20 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
