Ingredients and preparation:
Veal (or beef) weighing 1 - 1 ½ kg
3-4 pieces of meat
Black pepper
Salt
2 cloves of garlic
2 onions
1 to 2 sticks of celery
1 carrot
1 large pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground coriander
1 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
400ml hot water
Cover and cook over low heat for 1 ½ hours
A pinch of thyme
1 bay leaf
Mashed potatoes:
1-2 bulbs of garlic
600-700g potatoes
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
20 grams of butter
