I have found that using the Render Worlds Maps in Arma 3 can be very handy for film making. I couldn't get the animation and the camera to work together in this shot. So instead I filmed it as a static shot and then added the background in post.
The film will be based on Operation Neptune Spear. This scene of course is based heavily on the scene from Zero Dark Thirty.
