A Day in the Life | Boston Bruins Hockey Trent Frederic

Follow along on an offseason day with St. Louis Native and Boston Bruins Player, Trent Frederic. Freddy takes through a typical day in St. Louis where he trains at Maryville University Hockey Center, a one stop shop for strength and conditioning with his trainer Jeff LoVecchio and pro skate with other St. Louisans who play professional hockey around the globe.

Prior to becoming a regular with the Boston Bruins, Trent spent time in the AHL for the Providence Bruins after playing in the NCAA Big 10 at the University of Wisconsin where he averaged nearly a point per game.

Frederic also played for the US National Under 18 Team with fellow St. Louis NHLers Clayton Keller, Matthew Tkachuk, and Joseph Woll. Frederic grew up in the St. Louis area, attending De Smet High School while also playing for the St. Louis AAA Blues.
