A Day in the Life | OSU Buckeyes Hockey Cole McWard

We follow St. Louis native and former Tri-City Storm (USHL) defenseman, Cole McWard, on an off-season day prior to his upcoming season at ‪@theohiostateuniversity‬  where he will be a sophmore on scholarship to play NCAA D1 Hockey for the ‪@OhioStAthletics‬ .

Prior to his collegiate career,  McWard played for the Tri-City Storm in the USHL for three seasons. The right-handed defenseman also played three seasons for the St. Louis AAA Blues.

McWard takes us through his morning skate, workout regimen, and to Smoothie King where he gives us his not so secret drink order.
