For the dough:320 g of

250 ml of milk
1 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of instant dry yeast
4 tbsp of vegetable oil
For the filling:
3-4 potatoes
≈700 g of ground meat
1 middle-sized onion
salt, pepper and spices to taste
For the sauce:
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of all-purpose flour
≈300 ml of milk or cream (half-and-half)
salt and pepper
Mixture of vegetable oil and butter to brush the dough with
1 part of flour + 2 parts of starch for rolling out the dough
