My current ab workout routine at home to get hourglass figure & tiny waist 😝

I'm trying to do 2-3 sets of this several times a week.
- stomach vacuum left
- bird dog left
- stomach vacuum right
- bird dog right
- forearm plank
- mountain climber vacuums
- knee tuck crunch
- banana crunch
- leg lowers
- reverse crunch
