I'VE ANSWERED THE SAME QUESTION OVER A 1000 TIMES: I can lose thigh fat in 20 days because I eat a healthy diet in accordance to my personal health requirements (prediabetic). I practice portion control in the form of watching my calories and making sure that I create a small calorie deficit consistently on rest days to lose leg fat. The truth is that human beings can burn fat in 1 day if they are in a calorie deficit. I also eat at maintenance or surplus calories on the days I train my butt and make sure I eat enough protein. There are people who get results faster than me. And there are people who get results slower than me. I'm not selling you a pill filled with sugar and telling you you're going to get lean thighs without some hard work and sacrifice. You might have underlying health issues and hormonal imbalances that prevent you from losing leg fat even though you work hard and eat healthy. This happened to me earlier this year. Finding out about my own health issues helped me make better food decisions that allowed me to finally lose thigh fat. That's why you need to talk to your doctor before starting a new fitness and diet plan. I'm simply sharing my own results and what works for me. I have a pear shaped body and I tend to get rid of belly fat more easily than hip and thigh fat. However, this year, I struggled even to lose belly fat because of my personal health issues. You might have an apple shaped body and lose fat more easily in your lower body than you're upper body. I can go on and on and on about how unique everyone is when it comes to getting results. I also have specific aesthetic goals such as getting slimmer legs and not bulk up too much which is why I do specific leg exercises to get that lean and toned look. If you do other leg exercises along with this workout, I cannot tell you how that will affect your results because I do not know. I stick to specific leg exercises that I know (from personal experience) that do not cause my legs to bulk up in muscle and have that bodybuilder appearance. Not that there's anything wrong with that. It's just not what I want for myself. Plus, my legs are naturally quite muscular without even trying because I used to over-exercise them back in the day.
