Homemade Seer/King Fish Fry masala
Homemade Seer/King Fish Fry masala recipe
Ingredients for fish fry
- 4 slices of Seer/King Fish ( Any fish of your choice
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Rice Flour
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Vinegar
- Water to make Paste
- Coconut Oil
Preparation Method
- Wash the fish slices thoroughly and drain out all the excess water. Keep aside.
- In a Bowl, Add Ginger Garlic paste, Salt, Coriander Powder, Cumin seeds Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Rice Flour, Vinegar mix everything adding little by little water to make a thick paste. Taste the marinade and adjust salt and spices as per your taste
- Now take fish slice and coat marinade both the sides thoroughly
- Set this aside for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the pan, add the coconut oil ( any oil of your choice) and spread it well using brush
- Fry till crusty on low flame and be gentle while flipping the fish.
- Fry each side 3-4 minutes
- Garnish with Lime, Onion and Coriander leaves. Best served immediately.
