Hi, guys! Today I made Braised Pork Belly for the first time in a while! I also brought white rice (of course), spicy green onion kimchi, soft-boiled eggs, and Pak Choi 🥹🧡 I made the meat with lots of Vietnamese peppers and cut it into big chunks! Since it was really sweet and spicy, it goes really well with rice! Also, the upper part was really chewy and bouncy, and the meat itself was really tender! Since I cooked it for a while, it was really well-seasoned! 👍🏻 I think the best kimchi for braised pork belly is definitely green onion kimchi! It goes so well with SPICY green onion kimchi! 🫣 I also brought moist soft-boiled eggs and crunchy Pak Choi, and I ended up devouring them with the sauce! ☆ I think braised pork belly and green onion kimchi are such a delicious meal!😍 If you haven't tried making it yet, how about trying it at home?!
