Hi, guys! Today I ate the ultimate combo of Whole Braised Pork & Green Onion Kimchi! 🙌🏻 Side dishes are white rice, soft-boiled eggs soaked in soy sauce, Pak Choi, enoki mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes! I boiled the pork for 2 hours and then steamed it for another hour! It was so tender and moist that it just melted in my mouth! The meat was well-seasoned with the sauce. and since the sauce wasn’t salty or anything, I ended up eating the meat alone 👀 I added some Vietnamese peppers, so it had a bit of a spicy finish. I loved it! I made some sauce with the broth, and it was so delicious! It went perfectly with the green onion kimchi I had made the previous day! I kept doing thumbs up 😂 It was that good👍🏻🧡 This combo is so addicting! I highly recommend trying braised pork with green onion kimchi! 🥺🙏🏻 Thank you so much for watching! 🙏🏻
