Welcome Inspired Living friends! In todays video I show you a creation made from my cozy kitchen. I show you how I prepared a flavorful dish: garlic-infused smashed potatoes. After I washing and boiling the potatoes until tender, I then gently smashed each one, creating a not so lovely looking object but one that would prove to be lovely to the taste buds. I sprinkled the garlic powder over the potatoes, seasoned them generously with oil, salt and pepper then slid them into the oven. As they baked, they crisped up and the garlic aroma became even more irresistible. I finally tasted them, the potatoes were a lovely delight, bursting with savory garlic flavor. Each bite was a warm, comforting taste of home.
