Let's make the best flour tortillas you will ever taste. This is my own secret recipe to soft fluffy flour tortillas perfect for making burritos or to have with breakfast or as a snack.
INGREDIENTS:
3 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of vegetable shortening or
manteca vegetal
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of water
