Websites can be deceiving. Case in point, the University of Puerto Rico’s Botanical Garden (https://www.upr.edu/jardin-botanico/), also known as the San Juan Botanical Garden. By looking at the website you’d think that it’s something like the Washington, Boston or Brooklyn Gardens. But go there in person, especially on your own, and it’s a different story.
My wife and I did exactly that on the morning of November 29, 2023. We had been there back in 2014 so we still had “pretty pictures” in our heads. What we were about to discover changed our opinion 180°. Watch the video to the end and you’ll see why.
