We’re working tabata-style today (tabata = high intensity interval training), but don’t let the fancy name throw you off! This is a MODERATE routine that is ideal for WEIGHT LOSS, HEART CONDITIONING, BONE HEALTH, and just about any fitness goal you have in mind. As a CARDIO girl myself, this routine is definitely my jam. And I’ve packed today’s workout with moves that are close to my endorphin-loving heart!
