Follow along with TLB Master Trainer Louisa Paterson to this perfect combination of ballet and gymnastic stretches and mobility exercises to improve your back flexibility quickly and injury free.

This is one of your favourite and most requested flows from the Train Like a Ballerina app. I've added some new TLB exercises throughout for those who have been rocking the one in the app for a year ;)

▸  Intermediate - Advanced
▸ Equipment: Mat
▸ Warm-up properly before (2-5minutes of cardio is suggested at a minimum)
▸ This class is not about how flexible your back can get (despite the name). It's about control through movement. Go into each exercise with strength and control in mind, not jamming and jarring your back. Remember a beautiful ballerina back isn't just about flexibility, it's about how you can control the flexibility you have and working with your range.

Happy Training Like a Ballerina team!
