Remote Desktop Connection Manager provides a great way of accessing remote computers and their files over the internet. However, you might face a few problems on your end while accessing the remote desktop. On your end, the screen of the remote desktop might not resize properly. This means that the screen might be really big (some of its parts will be out of your screen) or the screen might get really small. Usually, the Black screen issue on Remote Desktop occurs no matter which net connection you are using like WiFi, LAN, etc. This bug may become dormant for few hours after rebooting your device. However, this will come back for sure. You can update your device drivers along with disabling bitmap caches to get rid of this trouble. This bug can also appear when there is any misconfiguration in Remote Desktop Protocol connectivity.
For example, many users experienced various issues and error codes during the installation process.
However, you are wrong if you think that all of these issues have been resolved by now. Indeed, Microsoft fixed many of them as a part of the recent cumulative updates. Unfortunately, many Windows 10 users are still reporting new issues on Microsoft’s forums.
