How to make Vegan Brownies (Made with Flax Seeds)

Making a Vegan Chocolate Brownie from start to finish.
This is our kind of brownie. Just the right amount of gooey-ness, nutty-ness and over all chocolate-ness. Enjoyable warm or at room temperature. Will last for days if you can hold yourself back. Have it on it's own, with coffee or even with vegan ice-cream. Make this and let your friends enjoy it too. Don't tell them it is vegan and see if they can tell the difference between a normal brownie made with dairy and eggs versus this one.

Recipe Breakdown

125g Room Temperature Water
60g Flax Seeds/ Lin Seeds
115g Vegan Butter/ Vegetable Spread
200g Caster Sugar
220g Light Brown Sugar
15g Vanilla Essense
125g Plain or All Purpose Flour
80g Cocoa Powder
1/2 Teaspoon  Table Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
100g Vegan Dark Chocolate or Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips

*** Oven Temperature 175 degrees Celcius  

*** Bake for 15 minutes. Bake for 8 minutes and then turn and bake for another 7 minutes.

*** Baking Tray used has dimensions of
     33cm Length
     23cm Width
     3 cm  Height
