Making classic brandy snaps from start to finish. Such a great easy treat with a creamy fresh centre. Make some for your friends and family.
You can make this is advance and serve on the day. Enjoy this with hints of lemon and ginger. Every chef if not, pastry chef would have made one of these or is going to make this!!!

Ingredient List

Brandy Snaps

165g Salted Butter
165g Demerara Sugar
165g Golden Syrup
150g Plain Flour

15g Stem Ginger
Juice from 1 Lemon

*** Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 10 - 13 mins

Cream Filling

300g Double Cream
150g Creme Fraiche
5g Vanille Bean Paste
Lemon of 1 Lemon
45g Icing Sugar (Sieved)
