Join award winning portrait photographer Jason Lanier as he walks you through a shoot he did at the Grand Canyon with his model/assistant Maddi Lalunetta where he demonstrates how to capture portraits by utilizing the 20 frames per second on the Sony A9. In this video Jason used the electronic shutter function on the Sony A9 to capture every single movement that his subject did while posing for these shots. Jason shows examples where he took a single shot, shot at 5 frames per second, and many examples of shooting at 20 frames per second.
All of these images were edited using Lightroom only and shot using natural light.
