If you're not confident yet, then here is a break down in where you can start. 1. Goblet squat 2. Front Foot Elevated split squat 3. Hack squat 4. Leg extension/hip thrust Start at where you're comfortable at, build strength and practice good movement pattern. Remember, squatting is a skill that requires time and practice. Be patient with the process and show up consistently, you'll only get better with time.
