I will scream this from the mountain tops! Okay! I love Peach Cobbler!!!
This simple and easy canned Peach cobbler is one of the MOST straightforward dishes you could ever make. Especially if you are just starting out on desserts like I was and want to make something other than chocolate chip cookies!
This Cobber is comforting, down to earth and super simple we used canned peaches! and
for kicks add a nice scoop of Vanilla ice cream or my favorite Dulce De Luche truly sets the tone!

1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 Vanilla Bean Pods or 1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Cobbler Dough
6 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup White Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Boiling Water
Sprinkle Topping
3 tbsp White Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
