A simple and quick recipe for breakfast or a snack from ordinary pita bread, cheese and cottage cheese. You can add ham, tomato and green onions instead of cottage cheese. It will turn out very tasty too! Such lazy tube pies can be baked in the oven or fried in a pan.
To make lazy pita rolls:
Curd - 250 g
Cheese - 200 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Lavash - 2 pcs. (200 g)
Greens - optional
1. Grate the cheese. Add cottage cheese, eggs.
2. If desired, add chopped greens.
3. Add black ground pepper. You can add salt to taste.
4. Cut pita bread into rectangles.
5. Distribute the filling on the pita bread, twist the tubes.
6. Fry in a pan.
7. Or you can grease with yolk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown.
