Ingredients:
1 cup rice, cooked
2 tbsp yoghurt, fresh and  unsweetened
½  cup thick milk
Cream from the milk (optional)
Salt to taste
For the tempering:
1 teaspoon oil
½ teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon hing
1 teaspoon urid daal
Few curry leaves
1-2 Red chillies
