In this All American Barbecue
In this All American Barbecue Team Challenge, home cooks are split into teams of three for a challenge under the mentorship of American pitmaster grand champion Andy Groneman: cooking American Barbecue in the unique style for 150 guests. The teams will have six hours of preparation and will have to cook pork ribs and two other choices of meat, as well as three vegetarian sides.
