This is a follow along one dumbbell only leg workout you can do from home that will target the lower body with compound and isolation movements to help you become stronger and build lean muscle from at home with only one dumbbell.

These single dumbbell exercises are performed for 30 seconds each, 30 seconds rest for 2 total rounds. If you cannot complete all rounds, start with 1 and work your way up!

- Front Squat
- Sumo Squat
- Curtsy Lunge
- Straight Leg Deadlift
- Calf Raise
