Making a Monster: Our JDM Acty Mini Truck K24 Swap Transformation!

We're back at it! The truck is now at its new home and the custom fabricated  rear axel tube is ready for install. We will begin reinforcing the truck bed so the motor mounts and motor will sit securely.

Over several episodes, we are documenting the process so that you can see what it takes to make this motor swap happen. This has been attempted by few and there are not many details out there to help the DIY kei truck k swap enthusiasts. We hope to shed light on the challenges and solutions of this process so that anyone with the desire to take this on has a fighting chance with minimal struggle.
