JDM Kei Truck K24 Swap in Honda Acty - Rare Mini Truck Motor Swap

In this episode, I'm catching you up on the K24 swapped Honda Acty Kei truck. We're getting inside the motor and adding some modifications to the front end. Don't give up on me! This build has come a long way and we are getting closer and closer to hearing this thing fire up.

We have removed the 3 cylinder motor from a 1995 Honda Acty and are swapping it with a Honda K24. Over several episodes, we are documenting the process so that you can see what it takes to make it happen. This has been attempted by few and there are not many details out there to help the DIY kei truck k swap enthusiasts. We hope to shed light on the challenges and solutions of this process so that anyone with the desire to take this on has a fighting chance with minimal struggle.
