HOW TO MAKE PAYA SHORBA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

LAMB TROTTERS / PAYA 4 NOS
ONION (BIG) - 2 NO
MINT LEAVES - 1 BUNCH
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 BUNCH
OIL - 10 TO 12 TSP
TURMERIC - 1/4 TSP
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 1/2 TSP
CURRY LEAVES - 1 STRING
PEPPER CORNS - FEW
BAY LEAVES - 3 NOS
WHOLE GARAM MASALA (CARDAMON, CINNAMON , CLOVES)
SHAHJEERA - 1 TSP
JEERA POWDER - 1 1/2 TSP
RED CHILI POWDER - 3 TSP
DESOCATED COCONUT - 2 TSP
GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1 TSP
SALT - TO TASTE

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. take a pressure cooker add oil when your oil is hot add crushed garam masala and onions saute well.
2. when your onion turns transparent colour  add ginger garlic paste, turmeric , mint leaves , curry leaves , bay leaf , paya (feet of lamb) mix every thin together and after 5 minutes .
3.  add salt, chili powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder and desiccated coconut mix well and add the water stir well and pressure cook for 45 mins.
4.after that check it ones and lastly garnish with coriander leaves fresh.
