Today's Drill include the following techniques (please make sure you know them before you try out the drill). 😃
- Egyptian Circles (Travelling)
- Hip Lift and Drop (Travelling)
- Hip Drop Kick & its variation which lifts up the knee & also some levelling
- Hip Drop N-Twist
- Egyptian Steps and variation

This time, I'm doing the video without instruction. Hope that you will still be able to follow the simple combinations. Please let me know whether you prefer with some instructions for drills.  😆

This drill is good for those who is looking for some cardio exercise as well. As, if you do this repeatedly, you'll know what I mean. 😆
