수능선물 찹쌀떡 만들기💝 호두 전처리하여 고소하고 맛있는 찹쌀떡 만드는법 How To Toast Walnut And Make Sticky Rice Cake(Mochi)

안녕하세요^^

이제 며칠 있으면 치러질 수능날을 위해 호두를 넣어 만든 찹쌀떡 레시피를 준비했어요.

호두에는 비타민E ,오메가3, 엽산, 폴리페놀이 함유되어 있어 뇌 기능을 향상시켜주고 불면증과 건망증에 효과적이라고 해요.

수험생에게 찰떡같이 붙으라는 의미로 찹쌀떡 선물을 많이 하는데요~

앙금소 안에 호두를 넣어 수험생 두뇌 활동에 도움이 되는 레시피로 준비해보았습니다.

★찹쌀떡(Sticky Rice Cake)★

16개 분량(16 pieces)

[재료]

습식 찹쌀가루 4컵
소금 6g
설탕 3스푼
호두 80g
앙금 300g
단호박가루 1/2t스푼
녹차가루 1/2t스푼
딸기가루 2t스푼
청치자가루 소량
옥수수전분
올리브유

*1컵=200ml
 1스푼=15ml(cc)
 1t스푼=5ml(cc)

*건식 찹쌀가루를 사용하시는 경우 물주기를 하고 40분 정도 냉장고에서 휴지시킨 후 사용해주세요.
*가염된 찹쌀가루에는 소금을 넣지 않으셔도 됩니다.

[레시피]

1. 호두 전처리
2. 찹쌀가루 물주기- 찹쌀가루 4컵, 소금 6g, 물 8스푼
3. 설탕 2스푼 넣기
4. 15분 찌고 5분 뜸들이기
5. 앙금소 만들기- 앙금 300g, 호두 80g
6. 떡 반죽하여 조색하기
7. 앙금소 넣고 동그랗게 만들기

[Ingredients]

Wet glutinous rice flour 4cups
Sugar 3T
Salt 6g
Bean paste cream 300g
Sweet pumpkin powder 1/2t
Green tea powder 1/2t
Strawberry powder 2t
A little blue gardenia seeds powder  
Cornstarch
Olive oil

*1Cup=200ml
 1T=15ml(cc)
 1t=5ml(cc)

[Utensils]

Measuring cup
Measuring spoon
Scale
Mixing bowl
Medium-mesh sieve
Fine sieve
Steamer
Steamer mat
Rolling pin

[Recipe]

1. Toast walnuts
2. Mix 4 cups of glutinous rice flour with 6g of salt and 8T of water.
3. Add 2T of sugar.
4. Steam for 15 minutes and let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
5. Make stuffing with 300g of bean paste cream and 80g of toasted walnuts.
6. Knead the rice cake and add natural food coloring.
7. Cut the rice cake into a proper size, stuff with the filling and shape into a ball.
