Benzoyl peroxide can clear your
Benzoyl peroxide can clear your acne. Did you know bacteria is a key cause of spots? Benzoyl Peroxide is an amazing acne fighter! I'm sharing how I cleared my acne fast with benzoyl peroxide and sharing my before and after result with Acnecide 5% benzoyl peroxide gel used on my adult acne for 8 months in late 2016 to mid 2017. I will also be discussing how to use benzoyl peroxide for acne.

🔹Benzyol Peroxide -I found it a great treatment and I have mentioned so in a few of my videos. I am currently (2020) using a dermatica treatment with 0.1% Adapalene, 1% Clindamycin and 2.5%Benzoyl Peroxide.

🔹Benzoyl Peroxide to clear acne is often prescribed by dermatologists and GP's as it attacks the bacteria known as Propionibacterium acnes, one of the main causes of acne. It can be drying, cause redness and some stinging (the most common side effects) therefore building up tolerance is necessary and having a great moisturising/hydrating skincare routine is also crucial, not to forget protecting the skin with sunscreen everyday!
