This pregnancy exercise video to do at home is not only safe, yet still gives you a challenging, prenatal workout. Whilst Uma is 35 weeks pregnant in this video, it is a suitable workout for the second and third trimesters.

My pregnancy-friendly exercises have been created for those women who want specific, safe, yet challenging pregnancy videos online. Both Uma and I were strength training 5-6 days a week before pregnancy, and we both wanted quality pregnancy fitness videos that maintained our strength and tone during pregnancy.

Whether you are looking for pregnancy exercise for the second trimester, pregnancy workouts for the third trimester or a specific pregnancy butt workout, these are my best exercises providing a low-impact strength workout. We use a looped band, but you can use tights or nylons if you don’t have one of those. Enjoy your prenatal exercise with us!
