What do you look for in an Ideal Team Player?

Many people talk about certain people being a great team player and yet they find it difficult to define exactly what that means and how to cultivate it.  

We are a great fan of Patrick Lencioni and his approach to team development, and we believe that he has captured the essence of an ideal team player in his model with the three virtues.

This short 150-second video explores these three virtues and what happens when only one or two of them show up.
