Mango salsa made in a molcajete is one of the most interesting ways it has ever been made and in this video I am showing you two easy and exciting ways for you to achieve the salsa of your dreams.
1. Salsa made in a molcajete: The sweetness in the mango, combined with the Chile de arbol and garlic, make it one of a kind recipe and one you don’t want to miss.
2. Diced mango salsa/salad: This is a more commonly made recipe that would work great on fish, shrimp, tacos and even just as a salad due to its freshness.
It doesn’t matter which mango salsa you choose; or both, they are equally delicious!

1 small garlic clove
5 ea chiles de árbol
1 TBSP Lime juice
Salt to taste
🥭 Diced mango salsa/salad/pico de Gallo
2 ea mangos (large)
1 ea avocado
1 ea Jalapeno
1/2 ea medium red onion diced
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1/2 ea red bell pepper
1/2 ea orange pepper
4 TBSP Lime juice
Salt to taste ( I did 2 tsp of kosher salt)
Other things you may need:
