An overwater clip demonstrating how to perform a Backstroke touch and flip turn. This is the turn that used to be performed in competitive swimming where the rule was that you must touch the wall with your hand first, prior to changing direction and performing a push off. Since then, these turns have evolved to permitting you to flip over without a hand touch (similar to that of a Front Crawl Flip Turn).
